Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
- Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rate
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Morning
8:00 – 8:30: A comfortable shuttle bus will pick you up from your central Hanoi hotel and then transfer you to Halong International Cruise Port.
NOTE: You need to pay an extra fee for the transfer service.
Upon arrival at 11:30, you can check in at the waiting lounge at the Indochina Junk Lounge, and wait for the scheduled departure time.
Embark on Dragon Legend Cruise, and enjoy a welcome drink while listening to the cruise manager’s briefing safety and instructions. When you’ve done the check-in process to your cabin, a delicious lunch will be served in the outdoor dining room.
Afternoon
Feast your eyes on the captivating limestone karsts while cruising into the magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay. This amazing bay owns a magnificent landscape not inferior to Halong Bay but perfect for peace-seekers.
The first attraction in this true voyage is discovering the well-hidden Thien Canh Son Cave, which is known as the fairy scene in the mountains. The amazing scenery in this Cave will blow your mind once you come to visit!
After sightseeing, let’s move to the majestic Hon Co Island. It is featured with long white sand beaches and calm crystal-like water, which is ideal for tourists to enjoy kayaking, sunbathing, and swimming.
Then, let’s return to the cruise to refresh yourself in a mineral seawater pool, and fitness or spa services and wait to admire the mesmerizing dusk panorama while sipping drinks.
Evening
Indulge in a delectable dinner in a cozy romantic atmosphere on board. After a long day, spend the rest of the evening relaxing in the cabin, talking with the board team, watching movies, listening to music, or trying your hand at squid fishing.

Good morning! Start your day off on the right foot by joining the Tai Chi class on the cruise. Not only is this a great way to boost your physical health, but it can also significantly reduce stress levels.
Don’t forget to refresh your mind with a cup of tea/coffee amidst the refreshing air of Halong Bay’s landscapes.
After recharging your energy, move to the tender and head on a rustic rowboat journey to Vung Vieng, a peaceful and rustic fishing village in the heart of Bai Tu Long Bay, one of the most famous floating villages in the Heritage of the World.
Subsequently, come back on board, check out your cabin around 09:45 – 10:00, and then have a buffet lunch while cruising toward the harbor.
It’s time to disembark and say goodbye to the cruise crew once they reach Halong Habor at 11:30 – 12:00. From here, spend some time relaxing and wait for a car transfer back to Hanoi.

On the way back to the capital, the journey continues with a short trip to Yen Duc Village. This is a typical Vietnamese agricultural village on the way between Hanoi and Halong.
Here, you’ll have a chance to witness the amazing water puppet show performed by local artists and get a glimpse of the folk Vietnamese culture.
It is estimated that you’ll arrive in Hanoi at 16:00. It’s the end of the trip.

Morning
8:00 – 8:30: We’ll pick you up by shuttle transfer (book in the next step with an additional fee) at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, then transfer you to Halong International Cruise Port.
After 2.5 hours, you will arrive at the Indochina Junk office’s waiting area and initiate the check-in process before boarding the Dragon Legend Cruise.
Once you get on the cruise, the cruise team will warmly greet you with a welcome drink and provide you with a safety briefing and the route plan. Then, it’s time for you to check into your cabin, and enjoy a delectable lunch.
Afternoon
As you sail into the gorgeous Bai Tu Long Bay, take your first visit to Vung Vieng, a quaint fishing village where you can join a serene rowing boat tour. Seize this opportunity to interact with the local fishermen and immerse yourself in the unique daily life here.
Then return to the cruise to refresh yourself in the mineral seawater pool, fitness room, or spa services.
Evening
Savor a delicious meal with a diversity of dishes at the onboard restaurant. After dinner, take part in intriguing nightlife activities, such as board games and squid fishing, to make the most of your time on the cruise.

Start your day off right by welcoming the sunrise on the cruise’s sundeck. Join in on the Tai Chi session, which not only benefits your physical health but also helps to release your mind.
Sip a cup of tea/coffee and enjoy breakfast in the refreshing air of the bay’s landscapes before experiencing the thrill of kayaking and swimming at Cap La, and take a refreshing dip in the pure water to instantly rejuvenate your mind in Cong Dam.
After an exciting morning, you’ll have a BBQ lunch on the white sand beach shore. Take your time to relish scrumptious food and recharge your battery.
Afternoon
Back to the boat to refresh yourself in the seawater pool, fitness, or try cooking Banh Xeo in the cooking class.
Meanwhile, the cruise makes its way to the Cong Do area, known as an outdoor geological museum that has been preserved for 340 million years, and the most outstanding area is a regional park with mountains formed from limestone.
Then, let’s come back to the cruise to prepare for the evening program.
Evening
Savor a deluxe set dinner at our traditional restaurant space or might be an outdoor meal under a starry night if the weather condition permits.
The night comes alive with some exciting evening challenges, including Vietnamese puzzle games and board games. You can test your luck with night squid fishing, experience the beauty spa, and other services onboard.

Start a new day with a cup of tea/ coffee and have breakfast in the fresh air.
Today’s adventure entails discovering the concealed Thien Canh Son Cave, which is recognized for its immaculate limestone stalactites and stunning surrounding landscapes.
Afterward, enjoy some sunshine on the gorgeous white sandy beach of Hon Co Island before returning to the Dragon Legend cruise for check out at around 9:45 – 10:00.
It’s also the time a delightful meal will be served. Take a moment to relax and reflect on the amazing memories.
At 11:30, you’ll arrive in the Halong Habor. It’s time to disembark and bid the cruise staff farewell. Spend some time chilling out while waiting for the bus transfer (book in the next step with an additional fee).

As you make your way back to the capital, there will be a brief stop at Yen Duc Village, which is a traditional Vietnamese farming village situated between Hanoi and Halong.

The estimated arrival time in Hanoi is 16:00, marking the end of the journey.
