Booking Policy

Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
- Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rate
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Morning
07:45 – 8:30: If you book our transfer service (not included in the cruise’s price), a shuttle bus will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and depart for Halong Bay. Have a quick stop in the middle of the way to rest.
11:30 – 11:45: Arrive at the cruise waiting lounge at Ha Long International Port, wait for the captain to finish the registration, and transfer to the main cruise by tender.
Enjoy your welcome drink while the safety instructions and activities during the trip are introduced, then check in at your cabin.
A tasty Vietnamese set menu will be served while cruising further into the off-the-beaten-track Bai Tu Long Bay.
Afternoon
This is the perfect time to discover the scenic seascape of the Cong Do area.
Arrive at Cap La Island – one of the best kayaking areas in Bai Tu Long. Enjoy sailing through the majestic limestone islands and breathtaking nature, or simply swim and relax on the beach.
Return to Swan Cruise to join the Sunset party while the boat sails to the anchor area. Later, you can attend a Vietnamese cooking class to make Spring rolls, a simple but delicious dish.
Evening
Enjoy a tasty set dinner on board, then have free time for yourself. Later, you can play some puzzles or board games, try squid fishing, or have a cocktail at the bar and enjoy the airy atmosphere of the bay.

Start a new day with a Tai Chi session to awaken your mind and body, then enjoy a light breakfast in Western styles to prepare for the day.
Heading to the stunning Thien Canh Son Cave for cavern discovery and magnificent sightseeing. Time to take many pictures of the spectacular stalactites and stalagmites here.
After discovering the beautiful cave, return to the cruise, pack your luggage, and process the check-out procedure at 9:30. Have a traditional Vietnamese lunch while the cruise sails back to the pier.
11:15 – 11:30: Disembark at the cruise port and say goodbye to the crew.
Afternoon
A shuttle bus will pick you up and head back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi at around 15:30. End of your trip.

Morning
7:45 – 8:30: If you book the pick-up service (book in the next step with an additional fee), the shuttle bus arrives at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and departs for Halong Bay. On the way, we will have a quick stop to rest.
11:30 – 11:45: Reach the waiting lounge at HaLong International Port. You will have some time to relax. Wait for our captain to finish the registration and transfer by tender to Swan Cruise.
Have a welcome drink and spend a few minutes briefing about the boat’s safety and activities, then check in your cabin.
Enjoy a delicious Vietnamese set menu while leisurely cruising further into the stunning Bai Tu Long Bay.
Afternoon
Take a look at the scenic seascape of the Cong Do area while sailing deeper into the bay.
Arrive in one of the best kayaking areas – Cap La Island, a place with clear water and a calm sea. Time to kayak through the beautiful karst formations or swim and relax in the breathtaking nature.
In the late afternoon, get back to the boat and enjoy our Sunset party while our cruise sails to the overnight anchorage.
Attend a cooking demonstration. You can learn a simple but delicious Vietnamese dish, Nem Cuon, or challenge yourself to fruit and vegetable carving.
Evening
Guests will savor set dinner in the restaurant onboard.
Free time to challenge yourself in puzzle games or gather your group for a board game. Try your luck with squid fishing or simply have a cocktail and enjoy the quiet night on the bay.

Morning
Start your day with a Tai Chi routine on the sundeck, or catch a morning view of the stunning bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee. After that, enjoy a light breakfast at the restaurant. Fulfill your strength and be ready for another exploring day.
Transfer to a day boat, sailing through several floating hamlets, including Cap La and Cong Dam, then enter the center of pristine Bai Tu Long Geology Park. Here, you will visit Vung Vieng fishing village to interact with local people and learn about their daily lives.
Back to the boat for a delicious hot lunch at noontime.
Afternoon
You can spend more time exploring Cong Dam by kayaking and swimming or simply relaxing on the boat.
NOTE: If the weather permits, you can take a glance at Thay Cave before going back to the anchor point.
When you are done exploring, let’s return to the main boat to rest, then have leisure time for yourself. You may participate in the Sunset party and Vietnamese cooking class afterward. Take this chance to make new friends if you like.
Evening
Dinner will be served in the dining room. Have a nice meal then have free time. Take part in nightlife activities on board, such as squid fishing, and board games, or relax in your cabin.

You will be transferred to a Day boat on day 2 to continue the excursion.
Morning
Join a Tai-chi section on the sundeck or catch a morning view of the stunning bay with tea or coffee. Breakfast will be served in Western style later.
Heading to Thien Canh Son Cave, one of the worth-visiting caves in Halong Bay, with its rare natural beauty, pretty stalactites, and beautiful surrounding landscape. Time to take photos of this stunning cave.
Upon return to the main boat, you will have about 30 minutes to freshen up, finish packing, and check out at 9:30.
Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch while the cruise returns to the pier.
11:30: Disembark at Halong cruise port. Our bus (book in the next step with an additional fee) will take you back to Hanoi.
Afternoon
Around 15:30, you will reach your hotel in Hanoi. Trip ends!

- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
