Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
- Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rate
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Morning
8:00 – 8:30: The bus (book in the next step with an additional fee) picks up you at hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter or the meeting point near the Hanoi Opera House transfer to Halong.
11:30 – 12:00: You arrive at the waiting area at Tuan Chau Port.
You will be transferred to the cruise by a tender. Upon arrival, let’s taste your welcome drinks and a cold towel. The cruise manager then briefs you about safety regulations before check-in.
As you have lunch at the restaurant, the cruise will set sail, and you can enjoy the stunning scenery of Lan Ha Bay, which is one of the top bays voted by the World’s Most Beautiful Bays Club.
Afternoon
The boat visits the Tra Bau, famous for its natural beauty, wildness, and poetic landscape. This is also a great time to participate in outdoor activities close to nature, such as kayaking to explore Lan Ha Bay or immersing oneself in the mystical green water.
Returning to the cruise, the cooking class will be shown for 1 hour (often from 17:30 to 18:30). This is an amazing time to learn about traditional Vietnamese cuisine and how to make it. Meanwhile, you can participate in “Happy Hour” buy 1 get 1 drink.
Night
At the end of the day, you will enjoy a romantic set menu dinner with delicious local specialties at the restaurant
You can enjoy drinks, relax, and sing karaoke to enjoy the night from the cruise’s deck. In addition, you can rest in their room and admire the balcony view or participate in squid fishing activities.

Welcome the new day full of energy with a Tai-chi class or play golf on the boat and watch the sunrise.
Breakfast is ready to serve you at the restaurant with tea, coffee, pastries, and traditional pho and fish noodle soup (mealtime is subject to change according to the itinerary).
Join the 1.5 – 2-hour sightseeing trip to Trung Trang Cave in the Cat Ba Biosphere Reserve. Besides the beauty of natural stalactites, this place also has its mysterious ecosystem waiting for you to explore.
After that, return to the boat, pack your luggage, and check out at 9:30. Then, have lunch at the restaurant and enjoy the view of Halong Bay before leaving.
10:30 – 11:00: Say goodbye and see you again as you leave the cruise and return to the port around noon.
Afternoon
Upon arrival at the mainland, the shuttle service (book in the next step with an additional fee) will be waiting at Tuan Chau Port and drop you off in Hanoi around 15:00. Complete your Halong discovery.

Morning
Between 8:00 and 8:30, you will be picked up by the shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee) from your hotel in the Old Quarter and transferred to Halong.
11:30 – 12:00: The crew members of Mon Cheri Cruise welcome you at No. 34, Tuan Chau Marina, Quang Ninh.
You are taken aboard the tender boat to travel from the port to board the ship. Enjoy being greeted with welcome fresh drinks, wet towels, a special lunch of fresh food and an assortment of tasty delicacies.
Afternoon
You will visit the Tra Bau, famous for the pristine natural beauty and poetic seascape of Lan Ha Bay. Here, you can take photos and participate in kayaking activities to discover the true beauty of the limestone mountains and the blue sky.
Around 1.5 to 2 hours later, you will return to the ship, an ideal time for photography enthusiasts to capture the stunning moment of sunset at Lan Ha Bay. You can join the cooking class and “Happy Hour” with buy one get one drink free.
Night
Let’s immerse in a romantic dinner at the restaurant and relax with the nightlife after that. You can refresh yourself with night movies, enjoy a glass of cocktail, fish squid, or simply relax in your room.

Wake up early and take part in a Tai Chi class on the deck while watching the sunrise, an experience that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and at peace.
Afterward, indulge in a delicious breakfast at the restaurant and get ready to embark on the day boat to Viet Hai Village. This is a great opportunity to immerse yourself in the local culture and learn about the daily lives.
Ride a bike or tram through the vast rice fields, stopping to rest and visit an old house made from straw, mud, and bamboo. The peaceful village and beautiful scenery will leave you feeling connected to the natural world.
Please return to the day boat and enjoy a delicious lunch at the restaurant.
Afternoon
Take a dip in the pristine beach area or participate in kayaking activities, letting the cool water wash away all your worries. Then you will be back aboard in the late afternoon, just in time to watch the sunset fall on Lan Ha Bay.
Night
Dinner at the restaurant is a true culinary delight, with a variety of dishes to choose from. Spend the rest of the evening trying your hand at squid fishing or relaxing in your comfortable cabin.

You need to transfer to a smaller boat on this day excursion and back to the main boat in the late afternoon.

Energize yourself with a Tai-chi session on the deck while enjoying the sunrise. Savor light breakfast options such as traditional Pho, tea, coffee, and cakes (breakfast time might vary according to the schedule).
From Gia Luan port, the bus ride takes 30 minutes to reach Trung Trang Cave, one of the most captivating limestone caves offering geological values and ecosystems on Cat Ba Island.
Back aboard, check out of your room at 9:30 and have a brunch while sailing back to the cruise port. Pay any extra fees (if applicable) at the reception.
Disembark and head back to the Tuan Chau port at around 10:30 – 11:00.
Afternoon
As you reach the mainland, the shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee) will pick you up and transfer you to Hanoi in 2.5 – 3 hours.
